Our Mission

Our mission is to help people live a healthy lifestyle through martial arts. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai are both not only a great way to get in shape while learn important self defense techinques but also a way to grow as a person through self developement.


CLASS OUTLINE

Our BJJ classes consist of:

  • Warm up. Our warms up are normally quick and focused on functional movements.
  • Technique. This is where we learn and drill new techniques and concepts.
  • Live Training. Live training is where we try to apply techniques we learnt at full speed in a safe and controlled manner. This portion of class is optional but highly encouraged.

Our Muay Thai classes consist of:

  • Warm up. Our warms up are normally quick and focused on functional movements.
  • Pad Work. This is where we learn new techniques and combos.
  • Drills. We end our Muay Thai classes with either a cardio drill or a technique drill.

What Do i Need my first class?

  • Comfortable free moving clothing. ( i.e Shorts and a t shirt)
  • Water
  • Be early to sign forms and get comfortable before class begins
